Bedrooms Availability Tariff
The Mill is around 400 years old and has been converted from the original mill buildings and the cottage which served the miller and his family. For this reason, it is unlikely to be suitable for toddlers until they are secure walkers, as the accommodation is arranged on four levels and there are open-tread stairs up to the kitchen. Please see our access statement for more information.
Bedrooms
Offa. Small double room with 5ft pine double bed on lower ground floor. Wash basin and vanity unit with shaver point. Shared use (unless your party also takes the Glyndŵr room) of shower room with WC.Glyndŵr. Single bedroom on lower ground floor with wasbasin, vanity unit and shaver point. Shared use of shower room and WC (see above) unless part of a party sharing this room and the Offa room (see above). A further "truckle" bed can be pulled out from under the single bed if two young people wish to share this room.
Lloyney.
First floor single room in the original miller's cottage with
consequent low headroom and uneven floor. Use
of private bathroom with bath, shower, shaver point and WC, unless your party
also takes the Garden room when this bathroom is shared between you.
Garden. First floor double room with decorative iron double bed and a view over the garden. This room is also in the original miller's cottage with consequent low headroom and uneven floor. Use of private bathroom with bath, shower, shaver point and WC, unless your party also takes the Lloyney room when the bathroom is shared between you.
Please note that we have in effect only 3 bedrooms, as the two upstairs rooms are a suite. You can book only the double or only the single room and be assured that we will not let the other room so that you have perfect privacy.Conservatory. The Mill is entered through the conservatory which is occassionally used for breakfast and has a lovely view of the garden, home to many visiting small birds.
Visitors' Sitting Room. This room is situated on the ground floor and has a woodburning stove for supplementary heating during the coldest months. It also has a TV with Teletext, a DVD and video player plus some videos and DVDs for visitors' use. There is also a radio, although reception in the valley is limited, and a tape/CD player and CDs.
All rooms are non-smoking.

For stays longer than five days and for larger groups who wish to book the whole of The Mill, please ask for a quotation.
Please note that payment is by cash or cheque; we regret that we are currently unable to accept credit cards. A non-refundable deposit of £20 will be payable when booking. If you prefer, you can arrange to pay us by bank direct transfer as long as the payment reaches us the day before you arrive. Please ask when you book if you wish to use this method of payment.
