The Mill is an ancient building, around 400 years old, which
welcomes
visitors to share its history and peaceful situation.
There is no running water in the garden, although there is a small,
unfenced, ornamental pond.
The Heart of Wales railway line runs to Knucklas, approximately 1 mile from The Mill. We provide free pick-up services to and from the railway, given adequate notice of arrival. Please note that services on this line, especially at week-ends, are not frequent, and the Arriva Trains Wales website should be consulted prior to travel. The East Radnor Circular bus route connects Lloyney with Knighton, three miles away, and offers up to four services a day. Please consult a local timetable for up-to-date information on this service, or consult Powysbus.
The driveway to the Mill is of tarmacadam and is on a slight slope down from the B4355. Private car parking for up to four cars is available, although some shuffling on leaving will be required if there are more than two vehicles using the parking area at a time.

Grab handles are fitted to the shower on two sides of the enclosure. The WC is standard height, i.e. not low-rise.
These rooms, in the original miller’s cottage, are reached
via one wooden open tread staircase , with ten steps 18cm

and
72 cm wide. The entrance doors are low

The entrance doorway is 75cm wide and 175cm high,
and there is a small 3cm step down into the room. There is a TV with
Teletext for visitors' use, and some videos and

guests’ use, but please be aware that reception is
limited in this valley. There is no induction loop facility at the
property.

will be hot to the touch in use.
All doors have iron latches and are individually lockable. Each bedroom
contains a vanity unit for personal use.
